Synopsis: A gender-neutral, second-person story about moving into a new house with a new roommate. She happens to be really, really fat. What's in this story? Weight gain fetish content. It’s an exciting time in your life; you’re finally ready to move out of your parents’ house! But housing prices are out of control these days, so finding somewhere affordable likely means living with a roommate. While browsing various websites, you came across a listing that looks promising. It seems like a decent-sized, well-maintained home. But most importantly, you can afford the rent! It’s listed by a woman named Madeleine, who’s about the same age as you and has a work from home job in graphic design. The highlight of her short bio is that she claims to be an excellent cook, and she promises to do all the cooking as long as you handle some of the other chores. One thing that did strike you as kind of odd was that in the photos, there were a lot of handles and railing all throughout the walls of the house. But you figure it was probably just owned by an older person at some point, and Madeleine never bothered to remove those safety features. You got in contact with Madeleine and quickly arranged a tour, hoping to snatch this opportunity before someone else does. On the day of the tour, you drive to the house and knock on the front door. But when the door swings open, the sight before you is nothing short of shocking. The biggest person you’ve ever seen in your life is standing in the foyer, her gigantic frame hunched over a walker. You figure she has to be upwards of 700 pounds or more. Bending over, her hanging belly pours out of her undersized t-shirt and just about touches the floor, completely obscuring her barely functioning legs. Her arms, grasping the walker and struggling to support her weight, are about as wide around as you. Her face is that of an attractive young woman, but it’s drenched in sweat and marred by a strained expression. Her greasy black hair is tied up in a ponytail. You simply stand there in awestruck silence as the beast of a woman huffs and puffs before you, catching her breath from the journey across the house. Finally, her breathing stabilizes a bit, and she speaks. "Hi… I’m… Madeleine." Each word comes out separated by a labored breath. "Hi Madeleine… It’s nice to meet you," you say somewhat awkwardly, unsure what to think of the situation. You reach out a hand to give her a handshake. In response, one of her lard-riddled arms leaves its post on the walker and begins the arduous task of moving towards your outstretched hand. It takes a moment, but her hand eventually clasps yours. The first thing you notice is just how much bigger her hand is than yours. The next thing you notice is how soft it is. Sinking into the soft fat of Madeleine’s veritable paw, you give it a shake. With the pleasantries out of the way, it’s time to begin the tour. It takes great effort, but Madeleine manages to get herself turned around. Walking at a glacial pace, she leads you through the foyer and into the rest of the house. The view of her backside reveals new surprises. Her shirt, a few sizes too small, has ridden up her torso, allowing both her expansive belly and considerable back fat to pour out in its stead. The shirt is, at bare minimum, still keeping her decent, though you can see her hanging breasts rattle around in her shirt as she walks. The yoga pants she’s wearing appear to be stretched nearly to their limit. The outline of the cellulite-ridden surface of her ass and legs is perfectly visible through the gray garment. You’re pretty sure her butt stretches out wider than your entire wingspan, and it wobbles with every step Madeleine takes. "Alright, first stop is the living room," Madeleine says, her breathing a bit steadier. "I don’t use this room much anymore, but there is a TV and a nice big couch in here." She gestures over at the leather couch, which has three cushions. The two on the right appear quite worn, having the outline of Madeleine’s titanic ass permanently pressed into them. The leftmost cushion appears mostly unscathed, though the edge of it bordering its neighbor appears slightly worn, clearly indicating that the width of her booty covers more than two cushions. This confirms your suspicion that her waist is wider than your wingspan; there’s no way your reach is as wide as two and a half of those cushions. "Of course, you might want to find your own seat. There won’t be much space for you on the couch," Madeleine chuckles. The tour moves right along as Madeleine leads you into the combined kitchen and dining room. This is by far the largest room in the house. The dining room table is of normal size, with room for probably six people. But what sticks out is the seemingly custom made double-wide chair at one end of the table. Obviously, it’s for Madeleine, and you decide not to question it beyond that. The kitchen is decked out – it looks like something you’d see on the Food Network. While showing off the enormous gas range and other top-of-the-line appliances, Madeleine grabs a random bag of chips from the counter and stuffs a few handfuls in her mouth. She didn’t miss a beat of the tour, and it almost seems like she did it without even thinking about it. You do notice that the place seems messier than it did in the pictures. The listing showed the house in more or less immaculate condition, but in reality, there’s some trash strewn about, dishes piled high in the sink, and just a general feeling of uncleanliness, like Madeleine doesn’t get around to cleaning very often. Any surface not frequently used has a layer of dust on it. You decide to voice these concerns. "So, this room looks a little different than the pictures…" you trail off, trying to be somewhat vague about it. Madeleine sighs. It seems as if she knows what you’re talking about. "Yeah… due to my…" she hesitates for a moment while looking for the right word. "…size… I don’t clean as often as I should." Her face flushes red with embarrassment. "But I kind of figured that maybe… y’know… you could help with that? In the listing, I promised to do all the cooking as long as you do some other chores. And cleaning would be one of those chores." It was at this time that she decided to offer you an example of her cooking. She removes the cover from a tray on the counter to reveal some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. "I made ‘em from scratch this morning," she says. "I’ve won awards with this recipe." She hands you a cookie and grabs a couple for herself. Taking a bite, you immediately notice the perfect mixture between soft gooeyness and a hint of crispiness that makes a perfect chocolate chip cookie. As the chocolate melts in your mouth, you come to realize that this is probably the best cookie you’ve ever eaten. Grandma’s recipe has nothing on this! "If all your cooking is half as good as this," you tell her, "Then I’m sold. I’d be happy to do some chores around here." Madeleine is delighted to hear this as she continues the tour. The tour progresses quickly past Madeleine’s bedroom, the door to which is closed. There’s a full bathroom, which Madeleine tells you will be entirely yours, since she has to use her master bathroom that’s been outfitted for a person of her size. That just leaves your bedroom. It’s a decent-sized room. Not exactly remarkable, but you can see the potential. There wasn’t anything else to see, so Madeleine led you back to the foyer, ending the tour. You say your goodbyes to her and leave the house. It was definitely a lot to take in. Certainly, Madeleine is not at all what you expected her to be. But she seems nice enough. Coupled with the low rent, a good amount of space for yourself, and that incredible cookie, you decide to give it a shot. After all, you can always bail if things go poorly. When moving day comes, Madeleine greets you at the front door. However, she’s no help at all as you painstakingly carry box after box from your car into your new home. To her credit, Madeleine did start preparing lunch while you were doing all the heavy lifting. While she’s in the kitchen, you happen to catch a glance through the cracked-open doorway to her bedroom. But all you really manage to see is a bariatric hospital bed and a variety of medical equipment. Shortly after you bring in the last box, Madeleine finishes lunch. There’s still plenty of unpacking to do, but it’s a good time to take a break. Prompted by the intoxicating smell of burgers wafting its way into your bedroom, you make your way out to the dining area. "I hope you’re ready for mouthwatering hamburgers!" Madeleine exclaims as she places a tray down on the dining room table. You chuckle momentarily at the reference before being rendered speechless by the food in front of you. Half a dozen cheeseburgers are laid out on the tray, with three greasy, smashed patties piled between each bun. There’s a slice of American cheese on each patty, causing the whole bottom half of the burger to become a melty, cheesy mess. The crown and heel of each bun are also slathered liberally in mayonnaise. "Looks pretty good, huh?" Madeleine asks, clearly having caught you staring. "Uh… yeah," you stammer. You’re not really sure what to think about this. Looking down at your fairly average body, you wonder how many calories are in one of these things. You’re not exactly in peak physical condition, but the idea of consuming even one of these burgers is kind of making your stomach hurt already. Well, let’s dig in. I’m starving," Madeleine says, giving her hanging belly a big slap. The sound reverberates throughout the room. Her oversized stomach really did sound completely empty; the sound was almost like someone beating a drum. Right off the bat, Madeleine digs in like she hasn’t eaten for days. Immediately, she crams a huge bite into her mouth. You grab a burger off the platter and study it for a moment. The grease has soaked into the buns, and cheese is dripping off the bottom a bit. Taking a bite, the juices and the grease and the mayonnaise and the cheese all squirted into your mouth at once. The taste was pretty insane. Any concerns you’d had just based on sight were quickly ameliorated by the flavor, which led you to dig in with as much fervor as Madeleine had. Meanwhile, Madeleine’s first burger is already gone. She wipes her greasy fingers on her shirt, which fits her just as poorly as the one she was wearing a few days prior. She grabs a second burger from the tray and takes a bite before stopping and looking around for a moment. She then starts the process of heaving herself out of her chair. You think about offering to help, but ultimately, you decide to just let it play out. After a few moments, Madeleine is on her feet. "I forgot to grab drinks!" she exclaims through heavy breathing. She waddles over to the fridge. "Can I get you anything?" "What do you have?" She pulls a two-liter bottle of Dr. Pepper out of the fridge. "This one’s for me. You can have one too, if you want." "You got anything smaller than that?" you ask somewhat incredulously. "Yeah…" she says, dragging the word out as she digs through the crowded fridge. "I got some cans of Mountain Dew." "Sounds fine to me." With drinks in hand, Madeleine waddles back to the table, places the can in front of you, and then takes her seat. She unscrews the cap of the big two-liter bottle and begins chugging, taking in about a fifth of it in one fell swoop. Then, from the bottom of her diaphragm, she unleashes the loudest burp you’ve ever heard in your life. She follows it up with a timid "excuse me" as you just stare at her. "Sorry about that. I’m used to living alone and just letting those things fly." "No, it’s okay," you say, just trying to be nice. The feast continues, and your pace slows before you even make it through the first burger, as you predicted. Madeleine, meanwhile, has just finished off her second burger, and she shows absolutely no signs of stopping. The third and fourth burgers – twelve patties at this point – also go down without issue. You were planning to get back to unpacking as soon as you finished eating, but you can’t look away from Madeleine’s display of gluttony. The obese woman’s belly appears bloated now thanks to the thousands of calories that have been stuffed into it. You’ve genuinely never seen anyone eat this much in your life. She finally starts slowing down a few bites into the fifth burger, and she ends up setting it down. She chugs the rest of the soda and lets out another ungodly belch. "Whew, that was good," she says. "I’m absolutely stuffed." "Yeah, me too," you respond. You’re probably feeling just as full as she is, but she consumed nearly five times as much food as you. "I’d finish the rest of this, but I don’t want to force myself," she tells you. "I have a big feast planned for dinner." Now you can’t even believe what you’re hearing. This meal, fit for at least six people, apparently doesn’t qualify as a feast to this woman. Four and some change triple-patty burgers are just business as usual for Madeleine. With the meal over and done, Madeleine heads back to her room, while you continue the process of moving in. Within a few hours, you have your bedroom set up exactly the way you want it. There are some other things – various knickknacks, wall art, and so on – that you wanted to put in other rooms throughout the house. However, this would require some cleaning, which you don’t really have the energy for at this point. So, for the time being, those items are staying in their boxes. Likewise, you have some pots, pans, spices, and other kitchen supplies. But Madeleine’s kitchen setup seems to render anything you have completely redundant. So those, too, stay in their boxes. Around 4:30 in the afternoon, while getting everything set up in your bathroom, you hear a groan and then the sound of heavy footsteps coming from Madeleine’s bedroom. It sounds like she just heaved herself out of bed. She makes her way into the kitchen and starts gathering ingredients. It looks like she’s going to start preparing that feast she was talking about. You decide to take a seat at the foot of your bed, which gives you a good view of the kitchen. You happen to notice that Madeleine does most of her cooking while sitting down. She has a special chair in the kitchen that, like her seat at the table, you can only assume is custom-made. It’s made of wood, but it has considerable reinforcement, so it can hold all 700 (and growing) pounds of Madeleine. The seat is set pretty high, giving her a position that lets her reach all the cooking surfaces easily. When she sits on the chair, her butt spills over the sides and back, while her belly billows downward. Due to the height of the seat, it doesn’t come as close to the floor as when she’s standing. The one thing the chair is missing is a way to move it easily. On several occasions, Madeleine has to get up and scoot the chair somewhere else, adding time and effort to the cooking process. However, you figure that if the chair were on wheels, perhaps it would roll out from under her every time she attempts to place her bulk upon it. Not a risk worth taking when she likely can’t get herself up if she lands on the ground. Madeleine is clearly an expert cook. She deftly moves between all the different foods she’s preparing, and there are a lot of them. She may not move quickly, but every move is deliberate, designed to maximize efficiency for the amount of effort she’s expending. Eventually, the fruits of her labor are placed on the table, and you head into the dining area right on cue. Madeleine wasn’t kidding, this is a feast! There are four pork chops on a platter in the center of the table, surrounded by big bowls of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, and corn. Finally, there’s a veritable army of dinner rolls inside a breadbasket. Madeleine insists that you serve yourself first. She may well just take whatever food you don’t, for all you know. Thanks to lunch, you’re not exactly starving. But you still end up taking a decent amount of food, not wanting to be rude. The pork chops are big and about an inch thick, so you only take one of those. But you grab a moderate serving of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and corn. You also grab two rolls, not even putting a dent in the supply of those. Madeleine goes next. Right off the bat, she takes two pork chops, leaving the last one on the platter. If she thinks you might change your mind and grab it later, she’s nuts! The rest of her portion sizes are downright biblical. Using a big spoon, she grabs monstrous scoops of all the sides. There’s so much food, she needs multiple plates just to hold it all. One for the pork chops, and two plates filled to the brim with two sides each. Finally, she pulls the basket of bread closer to her. "And with that," she says, "let’s eat!" You start by cutting off a small piece of the pork chop. It’s incredibly juicy and perfectly seasoned. You’re normally not even a big fan of pork chops, but this one tastes amazing. After that, you sample the corn and mashed potatoes. They, too, are phenomenal. Then comes the mac and cheese. This is no ordinary Kraft mac and cheese. This is homemade, extra cheesy, extra creamy, and stupidly delicious mac and cheese. You quickly pick up a few more spoonfuls, savoring the taste of every single bite. Madeleine starts off with a big piece of pork chop. She sawed off about a quarter of the enormous piece of meat and ate it in one bite. She went for the sides after that. The bites she’s taking are double, if not triple the size of yours. This means that even though her portions are significantly larger than yours, you both move through your meal at roughly the same rate. Throughout the meal, Madeleine reaches into the breadbasket. She pulls out a roll or two at a time and shoves them in her mouth, devouring them in short order. Before long, both of you have finished everything on your plates. You’re not entirely sure how you did it, but the only thing you know now is that you are completely and thoroughly stuffed. For her part, Madeleine seems to be doing fine, maybe even contemplating going in for seconds. "You should take that last pork chop," she says to you out of the blue. "What!?" you exclaim in shock. "Not a chance I could eat that!" "C’mon," she goads. "How ‘bout some mac and cheese? I can tell you really liked that." "I mean, it was really good. But I couldn’t eat another bite." "There’s always room for another bite when the food’s good! That’s what I always say." "Yeah, I can tell," you say somewhat sarcastically. "Hey!" She sounds kind of offended, but her tone quickly goes back to normal. "Well… you’re not wrong. But I’m happy the way I am. All of this –" she gestures to her belly, once again noticeably expanded since the start of the feast "—just lets me eat more and more of the food I love." You feel a little bad about being rude to Madeleine, but ultimately, you stand your ground. "Either way, I’m full, and I’m not eating another bite." "How about just one more roll?" She dangles one in front of you. With a big sigh, you agree, hoping she’ll be satisfied and stop bothering you about this. You take a small bite of the roll. When it hits your tongue, you pick up on the soft, flakey texture and the delicious, buttery taste. The flavor makes you want to eat more! But at the same time, your stomach cries out, stuffed even fuller than it was earlier in the day. As good as the roll tastes, this dichotomy forces you to eat it slowly, in small bites. When it’s all said and done, you feel like just one more bite would cause you to burst. "Alright, good job!" Madeleine congratulates you. This whole situation has turned very weird. Without saying much more to Madeleine, you help package up the leftovers. Doing the dishes is next, something that will remain your job going forward. You’re not exactly thrilled about it, but if Madeleine is going to slave away in the kitchen making gourmet-quality meals, it’s hard to complain too much. "We’ll have dessert in a few hours!" Madeleine yells across the house as she heads back into her bedroom. Hearing that doesn’t even faze you at this point. And when the time for dessert comes, Madeleine calls for you, and you join her in the kitchen, though you have no intention of eating any more. Much to your surprise, she pulls but a single pie out of the fridge. It pales in comparison to her normal portion sizes. She sits it down on the table and takes her seat opposite you. "Hey, I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable earlier," she says. "I figured we’d do something a little smaller scale for dessert." You’re not really sure what to say, though you appreciate the apology. Ultimately, you do end up accepting a small piece of pie, which tastes amazing, as do all things Madeleine makes. She takes the rest of the pie for herself, gobbling it down easily. At the end of the day, you say your goodnights to Madeleine and head to bed. You know it’s going to take some adjusting to this new home, but you’re thinking that everything is going to be okay.
