Please don't make the stomach too cartoonishly big, make it realistic, but stretched to its limit and on the brink of bursting, give it a navel as well. This is a rather particular idea that I've had no idea where to look for someone to do it, request or commission-wise, so that's why I'm asking here. I'd like to see Mammoth Mutt from the CN Krypto Cartoon, inflated in the same manner and shape as the Swallower Fish from the comic sequence done by "Big Horse/Fuusenroba" Overinflated into an outright sphere where her mouth is stretched out as if her insides are trying to inflate out of her. And if possible, I'd like her Back Bits to also overinflate. I'll admit that this is a fairly sceevy idea, so I've spoilered the reference images that some may consider too squeemish.
