Valerie, Beth, Brittany and Roxanne had just finished an intense workout, trying and just barely failing to lose weight.
“Oh, man, what a workout that was,” an exhausted Valerie uttered.
“I know! I’ve barely lost a pound!” Beth complained. “My mom’s gonna give me hell for this!”
“You should talk!” Roxanne whined. “I don’t see why everyone has to exercise like this while some of us have to suffer for it.”
“You know, girls, Haley and I are headed to an all-you-can-eat buffet tomorrow,” Brittany suggested. “Why don’t we have a cheat day and head down there?”
“How do we know you won’t make us jog there, Miss ‘Work-out for fun’?” Beth grumbled.
“We’ll carpool. Trust me, it’ll be just one time, then we can go back to our routine,” Brittany offered.
“Okay, we’ll go,” Valerie agreed. “But if we all end up with a bad case of Bloats, it’s on your head.”

“This cheat day had better be worth it,” Beth groaned as she was stuffed in the back seat with Valerie and Roxanne while Haley was driving.
When the girls got to the buffet, they felt a big combination of relief and ecstasy. The relief was for when the car ride was over, and the ecstasy came from how big the buffet was!
The salad bar, which they would normally go for, was beautiful with its leafy greens and juicy fruits. The meat section was looking mighty greasy, but it still looked delicious. And that dessert table... wow!
“It’s like a dream!” Valerie said in awe.
“I never dreamed I’d eat at a restaurant this heavenly!” Roxanne added.
“Now remember, girls, we’re eating nothing more than our fill,” Beth had to remind the girls, even though she was getting distracted by the chocolate fountain.
The girls all sat down at their table and once they had gotten their drinks, they all went for their first helping at the buffet.
When their taste buds were hit by the bold flavor of their meals, they were instantly hooked. I mean, true, everything tastes good on a cheat day, but something about the food was simply irresistible!
So they went up to the buffet for another helping, which grew into two more, until it was apparent that these girls were losing control! Even at the dessert table, they were stuffing their faces with any edible thing they could get their hands on!
By the time they were done, they woke up to realize they gained even more weight than they lost! Valerie and the others were hugely overweight, but Haley was bigger than Valerie, Brittany had the second biggest butt, and Beth was proportionately the fattest. However, the owner of the biggest breasts would go to Roxanne, not surprisingly.
“Oh, man, we totally overdid it!” Valerie shouted.
“My mom is going to kill me!” was all Beth could say.
“Okay, this isn’t a problem,” Brittany tried putting a positive spin on this. “We’re huge and we look like idiots, but at least we can work it off tomorrow.”
The girls all started crying, knowing that if yesterday was torture, tomorrow would be unbearable.

The next day, they realized they were right. Roxanne’s huge boobs were practically flying everywhere, Brittany’s butt jiggled long after she stopped jogging, and Valerie and Beth were entirely out of breath.
“Come on, girls!” Haley said, as she was the only one keeping up with the exercise. “We gotta burn off all this blubber before summer vacation!”
