Pixiv had always had a problem with AI art(you can't sell it on fanbox, for instance), that said if by CP, you mean ACTUAL CP using REAL kids, then no shit, that SHOULD be banned, EVERYWHERE. Especially if the generations still look realistic(well, ad realistic as AI can manage). As for blocking loli art for the west, just go into your settings and change your location to japan, boom, you can see loli again.
