Games thread 18: Candy Holiday Edition. Anonymous 10/30/2025 (Thu) 15:14:28 Id:130902 No. 97852
Link to previous thread: https://bbw-chan.link/bbwalt/res/95775.html It’s that time of year again. Of Spooky themes, Candy for cute girls to eat, pumpkins, and the fat bitches who resemble them. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of games made that explore spooky themes and massive women, but once I get some time I might make a compilation of them that I like. (hopefully before Halloween ends)
>>99907 My brother in Christ.. finally someone who speaks the TRUTH !!! Belly plebs are the illiterate masses. Pear enjoyers are the cream of society!
>>99838 You are a gem, bud.. as a consumer I salute you and your kindness
Those having issues with Ash you gotta visit her house to get stage 9
>>99907 Renae is my least favorite girl as I find her face the least appealing. Helena is fine but I feel like she's pushing my tastes as far as facial fat. Yuki, Catherine, and Kayla are definitely top tier for me.
>>99923 Ashes new hairstyle looks bad af imo
>>99895 To be fair, Fattening Career suffers from the same issue except they solved it with a nifty trick; They swap the body of the original character with a similar yet more detailed body, only keeping the head; this is most noticeable on characters like Bonnie between stage 1 to 2 (check the breasts) and 11 to 12, so there is at least a BIT of shenanigan there but the result is slightly more convincing at least. If you want a game that puts actual effort in its models and is doing it themselves check Project Realism. PS; I just noticed >>99825 response now. Dude, bit of a misunderstanding there, I meant that I made the lists, not the games themselves. And I don't like the characters in them either, but hey, I just listed the games that exist, not my fault the guy really likes 60 years old women in these games.
Weight Gaming owner decides he doesn't want people discussing Weight Gain games on the Weight Gaming forum. You literally cannot make this shit up. https://forum.weightgaming.com/t/the-future-of-weight-gaming/58059
>>99945 Holy tits grotlover2 is a moron. Might as well give the ownership to someone else cause going through with what he has listed is just gonna kill the site.
>>99947 yeah, as if anyone wants to pay for keeping up a site like that kek. Even BBWchan only stays afloat thanks to philantrophists. Larger, social media sites like reddit or twitter get their money from selling information, ads, and monthly subscriptions. Everyone's just so fucking pampered that they think the mere existence of ads on youtube is "muh evil capitalism" Grot is a retard but I don't really know if anyone could come up with a better solution. Last I tried hosting a site is stupidly expensive, especially fetish shit. All the cheaper options explicitly bar mature stuff in their ToS, and credit card companies, the kinda thing online sales rely upon, are now clamping down similar stuff like it's satanic panic all over again.
>>99950 I mean he pretty clearly states that the forums are most of the cost he's eating but also he's not gonna get rid of the forums, just try to kill discussions on them, which is... a choice. But sure, let's drive traffic down by 90%, kill trust from any of the devs that relied on the site for traffic, then launch a storefront. I'm sure that'll go swimmingly.

>>99945 >"We're locking down projects and you have 6 months to migrate them to the wiki that will kill all discussion because arguing about AI bad the 5% of the time it happens" >Invite-only / Submit application to enter game onto wiki >Game mods are not allowed on wiki >Create asset store and shill patreon to bring in profits Welp, not how I expected the forum to be killed. Outstanding move grot!
>>99916 I wasn't even talking about body builds, but yeah, pear >>>> belly. I was more talking about personality and overall design. Renae just goes sad-sack fat, and Helena was just always off putting to me. >>99945 Okay, how the fuck is that going to work? It's literally the concept of the forum
>>99951 We all know it won't. No matter what choice ol grot chose WGaming is going to die from either cost overrun that he can't pay (and most babbling mongoloid here OR there won't back up) or lack of activity. Unlike the furries that actually practice their gay ultracommunist utopia that they constantly espouse (FurAffinity), practically everyone on the wgscene is all take but no give. Look at how many beggars in this thread alone. Kemono gets what, 7 threads in a year on the main board. The sheer ungratefulness so many people embody makes this all but inevitable. >>99952 not that grot isn't a retard for doing this but I'm sure every last whiny gooner babies here doesn't contribute shit either. Half of this thread is begging. It's honestly just as obnoxious as that one thread bullshitter that just complains and complains all the time.
>>99945 More like Weight Gaming owner doesn't want people bad mouthing the AI slop/scams he could have easily just banned. But no, let's destroy the forums instead, that sounds like a great plan.

>>99945 >TFW you're watching Weightgaming drive the final nail in its own coffin
>>99923 It does not work for me, i already had bug in 0.4 version that stopped me from advancing he weight stage to 7th, now it's same issue but with 9th stage
>>99945 wow he's actually just going to kill the site, wtf. you need money to run the forum, but fragmenting your user base and expecting devs to flock to your asset storefront right after kicking them like this is certainly an idea. say goodbye to the centralized hub for english wg games everyone
>>99945 Sounds to me he's just going to milk as much money of this before bailing out. Turns out he didn't get rid of AIBro scammers because he's just a scammer himself. If anyone wants that community to somehow survive now, they need to make their own website ASAP and tell people to jump boats, the guy just wants to milk what's left of the empty husk of a community he didn't even create.
So now devs need to post into wiki, as average bbwgooner you can't even talk about project and if dude ever makes site similar to itch.io (for posting WG games), you will need to be invinited by him to even be there? That's going to scare away 90% of potential devs and we are going to have even more discussions about games here, since wg won't be place for it anymore
>>99960 >they need to make their own website ASAP and tell people to jump boats fuck, we're going back to pre-2020 gaming aren't we. everything good getting split across half a billion separate sites, but even worse now with patreons and private discords ensuring that when a project goes down it'll be lost forever. assuming any dev even makes it that far now that their main way to interact with the community is gone. another site will probably rise from the ashes after grot cashes out, but we're in for some chaotic times
I hate Team Quimbly. I hate them so much. I hate their forever unfinshed games. I hate their artstyles. But most of all I hate them for being the last ones standing, hosting these game jams and making it a rule that weight gain is not allowed. Kill yourselves.
Fucking Keyfarer literally saved Weight Gaming from being closed down. The biggest chad of the community
>>99963 But they also banned Furry, which is pretty based.
Gotta love the people posting in his thread with an holier than thou attitude and claiming that Grot is doing the right thing and that people are nasty to him and should've provided him more fund. I look into their profiles then notice that their contribution to that forum and in general (as in games made, or participation) is absolute dipsquat. So on one hand we have the people who are actually affected by this saying this is a horrible idea. And on the other hand a bunch of sucking up nobodies going "yasss, go queen" like the morons they are.
>>99964 >Key: Grot, this is a pretty modest sum and I can pay you these 500USD a month singlehandedly. based. the fees are quite low for a forum of that size (as the business bro in the thread noticed). the question is whether grot will take the handout or decide to fuck it up anyways
feel like anyone that can raise the funds would be better off just making a new place
>>99957 Same. Nothing seems to fix it. I also have the issue with Kayla where it just never progresses.
>>99964 >>99969 >Tron comes out of lurking to match Key's donation proposal Are we witnessing the fucking Weight Gaming Devengers assembling right now to prevent Grot snapping away the forum?
>>99973 maybe, since the more successful devs are willing to put their money where their mouth is. but idk, grot might be greedy enough to take the cash and still push for this dumbass plan and kill the site anyways. never underestimate the short-sightedness of small business owners
>>99945 So let me get this straight, grot says he's overburdened in his open letter with the amount of moderation/work he puts into the forums, so to reduce his workload he's going to... start up a whole new website to run along with the forum that operates as a storefront? And then he says, "guys this website costs a lotta money idk i might have to torch it all" immediately two devs step up and say, "we can just pay for it" meaning he could have just set up a monthly maintenance goal for ppl to donate to on some vaguely-worded Patreon (thank you credit card companies I love acting like sexuality doesn't exist on the internet) and we wouldn't have to read half of this mamby-pamby bullshit. I don't know what specific substrate of Asperger's this fuckhead has but every single one of his boneheaded decisions - from allowing AI slop to thrive on the site to his obsessive adherence to judicial rulings as these sort of "laws of the land" - drives me up the fucking wall. I would absolutely love to see another website replace Weight Gaming, just as long as the moderation and maintenance are handled by someone other than this monkey with a computer.
>>99945 Holy fucking shit I knew Grot was retarded but I never realised how bad. His girlfriend entering the thread to defend the most retarded post in the forum's history is the icing on the cake. How he fails to see that he'll only produce more work for himself and incur new costs while at the same time killing the community he's trying to keep afloat is mind boggling. I assume his idea of a storefront is borne out of his I'll advised idea (one he had for years) that there's a large enough market for WG games to have it's own eco system. Nigger needs to see a psychologist, if not a psychiatrist who can give him something stronger. Hope he offloads the site to someone else.
>>99976 >grot says he's overburdened in his open letter with the amount of moderation/work he puts into the forums, so to reduce his workload he's going to... start up a whole new website to run along with the forum that operates as a storefront? plus good wikis require full teams to prevent vandalization and curate content, this doesn't help the moderation aspect at all. a wiki with no moderation is a shit wiki, just look at all the vandalized fandom wikis for example. none of this makes any sense. if you sit down and break it down point by point, it's very clear that they're just going for the nuclear option before trying other paths. i'm getting some fucking private equity flashbacks here, this is prepping it for slaughter. the site's had money troubles, but I haven't seen any fundraising drives or patreon shilling. hell here at fucking /bbwchan we get semi-annual pinned fundraisers, and they can't put up a site-wide fundraising banner? evidently they didn't try jack shit before throwing up their hands and going 'Woe Is Me', judging by 2 devs deciding they can fund it at the drop of a hat. another example of 'what the fuck are they thinking' is cutting the highly visible project category, that drives user engagement and invites devs into the space, for the dev invitation thing. if you're a new dev, get fucked. if you want any feedback and exposure, get fucked. if grot personally doesn't like you, continue to get fucked. if devs don't have a place to grow and post baby's first alpha, you don't get new fucking devs. grot's got a field of seeds and is pissed there's no wheat to harvest, try watering once in a while. i hate everything about this, and I really really hope it's spurned by actual financial issues and not grot's delusions about what the forum 'should' look like, since money only fixes one of those issues.

>make a centralized hub where people can share fetish porn and ask for thoughts, criticisms, etc >it costs money to upkeep the thing (a pretty penny) >Make another website despite my budget, a wiki, and force everyone to use it >Don't moderate it and essentially kill every project that's indie by indie porn game standards >"IT'S THE FUTURE!" It's a shame that a natural born Janny has to run a place where I find porn games for my niche fetish dude
>>99964 Don't hold your breath. It's more likely than not Grot looks the gift horse in the mouth and fucks it all up.
>>99981 The issue is he actually thinks making his own itch with blackjack and hookers is a good idea and not a huge gamble over an internet forum where perverts can discuss games. Even ignoring the fact that WG is as filled with AI as the average DA ads I am forced to see whenever I browse for fetish stuff it is objectively a place built around some form of community. The idea of an Itch replacing the forums is absolutely insane and if that's the route he wants to go, then whatever. But the fact he's doing a halfhearted attempt at keeping the forums alive instead of just killing it is really stupid. He thinks snapping away the reason most people use the site will automatically cultivate the "original following" while people use an invite-only curated form. Sturgeon's law etc. etc. But I can find the value in crappy games that someone put their heart into. It's a community where criticism and commentary is valued and Grot undermines it with a multi page sob story. I'd rather he kill the forums instead of just do this bullshit, it comes across as incredibly insincere to say stuff like this while trying to make your own "storefront" that's invite only. I absolutely believe that he'll look the gift horse in the mouth and spit on it because he thinks his wiki is the magic solution.
>>99964 >Keyfarer literally saved Weight Gaming from being closed down >>99973 >Tron comes out of lurking to match Key's donation proposal So fucking close...
>>99983 Honestly I'd prefer if those two thought about this a few minute, realized Grot's approach and ideas doesn't add up. (Maintenance cost not even being that high yet claiming this was taking all his time and energy, claiming moderation is too difficult despite the site notoriously having horrendous moderation to begin with, unwillingness to even slightly participate in anything weight gaming related and tendency to have greedy, money-making focused ideas rather than practical, community improving ones and stupid decisions like shutting down the gamejam) and just make their own site. And just decide to let Weight Gaming sink into the abyss so Grot and his 20IQ parasite of a girlfriend just seethe and cope while some other community with actual good intentions thrives, preferably one with a rule that says that AI content is fine as long as it looks somewhat feature complete and functional and isn't some amateur money-milking project, OR ban AI outright just to be safe. It's extra ridiculous when you realize the cost to run it only $800 and it could've easily been solved by a singular ad spot anywhere on the site given the amount of traffic it gets, mismanagement at its finest really.
Having a containment channel for AI would be a very smart decision but Grot just doesn't do it, it's insane
>>99838 Anyone managed to get 0.5b? I can't progress at all with adeya and elisa stages are glitchy Gotta say i love the story he added
It's not that hard to see a better approach than everything I've seen so far. 1. Host the forum and other shit separately. Stop trying to use Discourse, accept that you have to use a Normal forum platform, and suddenly realise you can save a shitton of hosting space by cutting out the bloat while pruning and locking abandoned topics instead of letting them fester. 2. Put the insane 'turning weightgaming into a game hosting middleman' shit on the backburner and instead talk to similar forums about working together on your huge, risky 'Avoid All The Shitty Visa & Mastercard Bullshit' scheme. A noble long-term vision, but we sure as fuck can't justify investing in shit like that as a single fetish. If grot is a grifter (doubtful), he's a terrible one since he hasn't been able to do what he always wanted and take a cut off every commercial game to fund the site/recoup costs. Thing is, there are plenty of other kink games that would benefit from that sort of service but by making it a WeightGaming thing, he's missing out hugely on what would actually turn a pretty penny. 3. Moreover, flopfarming must be destroyed. Stop being sad and onboard more mods. Make it easier to vet games by good-faith asking the community to help define exactly what games are and aren't ok. It can't be a 'vibes' thing. With all that shit out of the way, most of the long-tem ideas aren't that shit based on what he's promising so far (eg; no AIGC on the store does at least flag that the site won't actively fund aislop), but things would be potentially way better if grow let the people bailing him out have a stake in the forum and had them restart the all-important HRPP discussions. And for fuck's sake, TALK TO OTHER FETISH SITES. DON'T REINVENT THE FUCKING WHEEL.
Does anyone have Growth Training Clicker from bubblebloat?
Whoever makes the next thread now that this thread will bumplock, I ask them to dub it as "Game Archive Edition" to help get the ball rolling on preserving any games on Weightgaming, itch.io, and other related sites with the recent grim reminder that any and all of these sites can implode on fetish content at any moment. Not making the thread myself so I don't step on toes of whoever's been doing it and don't have time to make an extensive list of games to get the ball rolling
>>99838 Friends, has anyone gotten to the part where Eliza gets locked up yet? Does anyone know if there's a twist where she stays there for a long time and if we can see the consequences? I could only see different consequences with a different character.
>>100002 It was a bug in the original 0.5 release that the outcomes got swapped (or both ended up with the same consequence, I can't remember). I think it's fixed by 0.5b at least. I had that issue too.
>>99986 The tag is sufficient.
>>99988 >Stop being sad and onboard more mods. Make it easier to vet games by good-faith asking the community to help define exactly what games are and aren't ok. It can't be a 'vibes' thing. fetishniggers are the spergiest of the spazzes. I would not trust such a system.
>>99911 Having played a little with VAM so far I think there's actually a real time morph mod that lets you mess with verticies etc.
>>99945 Good, fuck weightgaming. It deserves to die after the shit they pulled with the konosuba game. All the ai slop is just the cherry on top.
>>99963 But I've played some games and weight gain was there.
Anyone have the latest version of Into the Depths?
