If it's actually a woman, she's at least intersex (have underdeveloped internal testicles). There's no way a woman can have that face, much less the arms of the first pic.
The boobs look very convincing, but they also do resemble Rachel Aldana's boobs, who are very suspicious of not being totally natural, for various reasons. I've only seen boobs with that roundness, "fullness" and weirdly small nipples in Aldana and this person, and I've already seen hundreds of busty girls on the internet. It's likely she had a similar procedure, whatever it was.
