I requested this in the /bbwdraw/ drawthread a couple months back, but I’ll put it here too if that’s okay. I’m hoping I’ll have have better luck here since draw seems to be more anime-focused as a whole so maybe I’ll have better luck requesting a western character here. I can recommend using more stretch marks, small ulcers on the stomach and legs, bruises under the eyes, paleness, tired look, out of breath, holding the chest in the heart area. From medical things - a Holter monitor on the arm, a syringe with insulin for injection into the stomach, all sorts of blood pressure pills. If you like, sir, you can try some of these techniques on the same Lain or just draw a hikikomori slob girl who would also have dirty short brown hair and brown eyes like Lain and would sit at home at the computer, consuming food and not understanding why she feels bad.

As for ideas about how to make them more unhealthy, it's a bit hard because so many health issues aren't really visible (high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), and outside of dialogue between two characters talking about how unhealthy one or the other is, it's kind of hard. The nasal canulas, catheters, mobility aids, saline drips, bandages, and skin discoloration you've already been doing have been great. The only thing I can think of that this anon here >>75523 didn't already touch on would be bariatric diapers, if you're willing to go that far. Also other slob stuff like being covered in foodstains and grease, belching, farting, etc. I'd only recommend that if you're going to do bathroom related stuff to make a clean alt for those who don't care for that kind of stuff (I like it, I think the golden puddle was a nice touch in the last one you did, but I know a lot of people do). If you feel up to it, you can experiment on this character here.
