>>286891 Thank you! Unfortunately I prefer doing things by hand. It helps me a lot with practicing Japanese, and there's also some nuances LLMs still can't get right with Japanese. The language is incredibly context-dependent, and the meaning of words and sentences can change drastically based solely on what's in the panel. Unless you describe the scene in detail, an LLM isn't gonna always get it right. At that point, it's just quicker for me to grasp the meaning of everything by reading it once or twice and referencing a dictionary for words I don't know. The main thing that makes my translations take a little longer is the SFX, which I mostly do myself (with someone occasionally helping me a bit with the redraws required). It's not entirely necessary, so I get why a lot of other scanlators omit them. I think they add a lot of context and help portray the author's intentions better though.

The Spanish translation isn't the most accurate translation: there are a lot localisation and minror changes at the point that the Japanese artist was a bit annoyed by the misunderstanding of foreign readers caused by it.
