When I Fed the Quiet Gyaru Next to Me… (new Misekiss manga)

I figured I'd start a thread for this new cute one-shot that may become a series! I'm almost finished with a draft for a translation, and hope to get it all done within the next week or so. Unfortunately, there's a LOT of SFX covering significant portions of art, so I'll probably do in-panel notes for the SFX rather than full redraws. Basically, here's the story: The MC Kyou would always get picked on by gyarus in middle school, so he wants to avoid them in high school. He also mentions that the idea of any gyaru who would associate with an otaku like him would only exist in fantasy, just like a dragon. On his first day, he vows to become friends with the first person who sits next to him, who ends up being Hochiya (the cute chubby girl). She's a very cold and intimidating gyaru and Kyou feels "done for." Hochiya takes out her bento and starts eating lunch in the middle of home room, right when class starts. This causes a bit of a scene when the teacher catches her and she glares at him in silence. During lunch the other classmates don't wanna associate with her, and Kyou feels bad about not making new friends yet. She stares at Kyou menacingly and Kyou decides to try to talk to her. He assumes correctly that she's feeling down because she already ate her lunch, and Hochiya starts staring at his food, so Kyou offers her some of his onigiri. She eats it really quickly, and Kyou finds it cute and says she’s like a "little creature" lol. Kyou also seems conflicted whether he likes her or is annoyed with her through his internal monologue. After lunch, the class get their gym physicals back and when Hochiya sees her weight, she runs out of the room. Kyou chases her down and sees her grabbing/playing with her belly in disappointment and crying. Kyou also notes that she seems insecure about her weight despite how much she eats. Hochiya notices him and immediately goes back to her cold self and glares at Kyou, who tells her he didn't care about her belly and was just worried about her. Hochiya tells him what he saw was secret, and then Kyou says that Hochiya might be different than other gyarus
