Probably a bit of a random question, but I recently managed to get a great price on two 24 packs of Boost VHC. Before I commit to buying though I want to know, this stuff will actually fatten me up assuming I eat my normal/extra amounts of food? I know it probably seems like a dumb question, but never tried weight gain shakes before but am really wanting to work on getting even bigger finally after being stuck in a rut for a while. Should I drink as many as I want in a day or is it better to spread them out like maybe 2-3 a day?
