She waddles in with her 300 lb body to a messy kitchen with half eaten desserts bunched up leading to her mother’s upgraded room. How about a girl whose weight gain is a medical anomaly? I’m imagining that she’s been rapidly gaining weight ever since she hit puberty, eventually becoming fully bed-bound before even graduating high school, yet experiences none of the typical health detriments that come with this.
