Well, Jenny's story holds appeal for me for several reasons. One, because she's canonically become one of the biggest teachers in the history of the school by the current point in her own story, to the point that she's got a reputation in other branches as a particularly fat woman. This tickles my buttons and makes me want to push her to her limit.
Second, because I love her sheer greed and gluttony. Bobo has said he doesn't like how "food-focused" Jen is, but I love it. Not every character needs to be like that, but in a weight gain interactive story, you need at least ONE girl who's a complete hog. Jen fits that bill for Buttercombe, so I'd like to see it expanded on.
Third, because she's, frankly, the first. Her story is one of, if not the, oldest stories in Buttercombe. Jen's been around since the beginning. And so there's a perfectionist, completionist part of me that hates to think her story has never been finished. She's been around so long, she of all characters needs a story branch that ENDS. Bring her to a conclusion, you know? She's hung around long enough to deserve that.
So, for years, my plan has been to make her the power source of Buttercombe.
This idea has lingered in the back of my mind for a while--longer, in fact, than Bobo has been talking about Yeng and the Cult of the Open Mouth and Chu'ubroth. But it's convenient that he introduced it because it plays into the plan I've always had for Jenny. My plan has always been to spin off from here:

With the "Jen has a visitor" option. It would be someone from Ms. Polluck's office, informing Jenny that a new full-time position has opened up: Enhanced Taste Tester, and that Jenny is "uniquely qualified" for the position. Gluttonous as she is, Jen agrees in a heartbeat.
From here, she begins to be moved into the Academy itself, taking up residence in a plush chamber not far from the kitchens. Her task is simple: eat. She's fed almost constantly, only pausing to sleep. She's constantly checked by members of the staff to see if she's full, or complaining, or otherwise troubled. Jen never says she is. She's as happy as a pig in mud, utterly obsessed with feeding and eating and stuffing her face.
Naturally she grows immense, well over 1000 pounds. But she shows no signs of stopping.
And that's when things get spooky. Ms. Polluck shows up with some strange, robed women and reveals to the immense Jenny that she will now be moved to a new chamber. Then she tells Jenny that she's about to be the most important person in the Academy. Jen, so gluttonous she can't bare to be without food, nods mindlessly as she continues to gorge herself.
They move the huge blob of a woman down deep below Buttercombe, into a stone chamber with a huge stone pad. There, Jenny is placed, and tattoos are drawn all over her massive, naked form. It's then revealed that Buttercombe is the hub of a powerful, consumptive, gluttonous Eldritch god. All the prosperity of the Academy, and the fatness of its inhabitants, flows from this god. I suppose it can be Chu'ubroth, now that Bobo has introduced him.
The cultists reveal that the god has been searching for an avatar of pure gluttony, since the last one got so big she transcended reality. And Jenny, with her gluttony and greed that surpasses anyone else's, fits the bill.
All they need is her consent. They offer her infinite eating and comfort if she says yes. And Jen of course says "yes." She's too far gone into hedonism and gluttony to say "no."
So her story ends with her at an impossibly huge size, strange sigils and designs tattooed onto her naked body, eyes glowing, eating, eating, eating without end, never seeing the outside world again.
Maybe it's a bit of a "bad end," but it also feels like a fitting end for Jen. Her gluttony has always been the most out of control of any character in the story, and I'd like to take that to a fantastical conclusion.
