We all know that in fiction, a girl typically enjoys becoming a lardball. But to what extent could a real world woman go? Could an ordinary girl come to enjoy growing to 200/300/400 lbs, or at least not mind it? How would her preferences/experiences matter (I imagine a fitness fan would be impossible to grow, while a stay-at-home-and-watch-tv would be not that hard)?
