i might be stretching in the concept here, so im gonna spoiler the image. a movie called Devour or "the Virginia Bitches" allegedly came out recently on some festivals, although even in the trailer theres no date and seems to not have any major distribution to it at the time in a very small scene of the trailer (pictured on the image) theres the very top half of a lady very engorged, seems more muscle to me, with some visible cables behind her shape. seems at best promising if anything, but given that the movie is about some vampires going against a cannibal town i would advice some caution since gore is most guaranteed.
