Part of it is because she entered the scene huge, part of it could be access to more food, more money, or a feeder (or several)
Something that was mentioned in the Boberry thread is that one of the things that makes Hayley standout from the crowd is because she ENTERED the scene huge and kept her beauty on top of it. So since others start out smaller, it's more noticable when they tap out, because they could've been more
But as was mentioned in the Boberry room, becuase they started out that big, it creates 2 problems:
1. Their content variety needs to pick up the slack, or they'll be seen as "she does the same thing as a lot of smaller people" and
2. Since they entered the scene bigger, it creates a new bar and gives off the impression that you outright won't be able to compete with the rest unless you start out at a certain size
Now, Boberry has some staying power because she's been on the scene for so long, it's part of the reason why she's THE most recognizable. And because of that, we've seen her gain over the years. The main issue there is that becuase of that, we're also able to see when she loses even the smallest amount of weight, so now that her face has FINALLY started blobbing up with the rest of her, people will ask for more Boberry, more food for her to consume, and more content variety.
Hayley hitting or nearing the big 7-0-0 AND keeping her beauty on top of that is a MASSIVE feat and a boon to her. But because she's started out huge, people will ask her for more content, in part becuase we haven't really had anyone her size in a LONG while. On top of that, with models like Boberry waddling around the top of the scene, I feel like for both of them, their staying power will end up being determined by content variety
A collab would do them both good, but talking or seeing the same thing from diffrent angles can only hold an audience for so long, hence why I am continuing to go on about content variety.
TLDR version: Think of it like a few shows. If they end up becoming too samey the audience loses intrest. So when they shake things up then they need to make sure the audience likes what they see or risk losing out of viewers, and thus being taken off the air. If 2 competing shows are too samey, then they BOTH lose their audience faster
