Once logged into OF DL, you can select specific accounts you want to download stuff from under the custom section. Then select with arrow keys and spacebar. Confirm with enter. This then should rip pretty much the entire OF Profile, so all Posts, (Paid) Messages, Stream, Stories, etc. If you only want to download one specific paid Message I believe the only two solutions would be to either limit the Dates you want to download, or disbale the other download types. Disabeling other download types or only doing specifc dates can be achiev trough the config file.
