Some facts I know about: She was partially known also in German BBW communities as she posted also some posts in German (she wrote for example about her weight gain story) and iirc her real name is Jana. She had a page (I think on Tumblr) where one of the last photos was a picture of a hospital and she wrote that she could finally leave hospital. She definitely had health issues and retired, don’t know if she really died or if it were familiar issues…
