An old friend of my mother used to be morbidly obese. I wasn't into this fetish back then, but I remember damn well that she was quite big. Here's one less weird. Long-time GF (8 years next month) sister (so sister in law?) put on a ton of weight since GF and I have been together. They're both pears so it was incredible distracting when I would come by for family dinners or family outings and see her sister fatter than before.
