I was already an adult but this was the first great fatsploitation reality show I remember. The first few episodes of each season were the best, of course, with all these alarmingly out of shape fatties struggling to move.
Anyway my fave was Suzy Preston, pear-shaped cutie. Here's her before, after, and after-after. (These are the best "befores" I can find though they don't do her justice. Used to have a pic of her in spandex but it's gone.)
Fun fact: The dude is her husband, he was the season winner and she was the runner-up. They both regained after the show but apparently he lost the weight again.
