Is the SSBBW scene slowly fading away? Anonymous 10/09/2025 (Thu) 10:53:10 Id:018cde No. 71690
Am I the only one who thinks the SSBBW scene is kind of dying out? Back in 2010–2014 there were so many stars — Kellie Kay, Juicy Jacqulyn, Foxy Roxxie and many others. But now they’re fading away one by one, and there are no new names to replace them. Which is kinda strange, considering there’s clearly a market for it. Any idea why?
There's no new names to replace them? Try again.
>>71690 1. The money isn't there anymore. A select few now make all the money, and the others just can't break into it. 2. The next generation of women see doing porn as more cringe than the older generations, they also don't want to embarrass themselves. 3. This fetish is very niche. The increase in the 2010s was not normal.
Oh, please. Fatvenusbelly is probably responsible for hundreds of new ssbbw fans. That and her bigger friend, too.
>>71731 There’s plenty of demand, check coomer, obese women are favorited more than any other fetish. There’s too much mid grade supply (fat women with a meaty ass opening an only fans), but no one is putting in the effort to put on a shitload of makeup, pay a photographer, then pay a editor to photoshop out the pimples, cottage cheese and diabetes sores. That’s just the 40 year old models who are still playing the same increasingly low profit strategy.
I would posit that there is way more supply now, so that makes it harder to stand out in the way a great SSBBW model might 10-20 years ago. Previously, the barriers were higher to get in, and there were just a few sites with their stables of beauties. They held standards high, so you didn't get models putting out infrequent/crap content. Now anyone with a phone can get their own OnlyFans or Clips4Sale site and post whenever/whatever you want, so you get a lot of amazing women like Hayley (who could make a fortune if she posted better/more frequently) and all too few like Boberry (who has the discipline to milk her looks for all their worth). The bbw-chan boards are a testament to how great the scene has become, insofar as there are so many models featured here, when back in the Dimensions day, there were relatively few. Bottom line is the scene has changed and become more defined by quantity than quality, and it most definitely is not fading away.
>>71731 the younger generation of women make more porn than has ever been made before, every other woman has a bloody onlyfans nowadays thin or not
1. Too many fakes/scammers so never know who to believe anymore. Old days you knew they were all into everything they did for the most part 2. Gaining model aspect of it it’s gotten too expensive now compared to back then 3. Hate to say it but models don’t want to do it anymore when everything is getting posted on here and other sites. 4. Too much drama 5. Back then models could be 250-350 pounds and it was considered really fat and 400 was considered huge now people say you gotta be that big just to be considered just fat now and 500-600 is the new huge and obviously some are willing to get that huge most aren’t and they know they aren’t going to be making $ if they aren’t
Market oversaturation it's hard to stand out now When it's relatively easy to see multiple 500 to even 700 pound blobs doing there thing. you either have start out massively huge like Tara or gain a extreme amount relatively quickly like Adeline did.
