BBW Health / Fatty Science Thread Anonymous 11/29/2025 (Sat) 07:02:28 Id:841995 No. 74341
I never thought I would see BBW art for a Kurzgesagt video, but here we are. https://youtu.be/sOsqXKr4l30 Gonna be honest, I didn't expect this video to actually make a distinction between "healthy" fats and unhealthy fat types our bodies have. Although it is something I have noticed for years with some models who look a certain way as in having a pear shape, some muscle mass, and clearly get exercise, seem much healthier and don't seem to have their size be that big of a detriment. While the other type, being apple body, high stress, low exercise seeming to just be uglier, age faster, and just look horrible after a few years. I wasn't really sure where to post this. I figured I may as well post it to /gen/ and start a conversation about how healthy you could really have a BBW get since it seems to be a rather complex topic that is a lot more than just having a woman at a specific BMI range.
Waiting for a thread like this, I wanna feed but with healthy fatty foods. Foods that you can grow at home or healthy
>>74341 There has to be a fetish artist on their team. Normal artists NEVER draw fat women like that.
>>74364 That's because this is not the real thumbnail, but some art made by Dude who parties. Notice the little DWP watermark. See more of his stuff here: https://www.deviantart.com/slendythebob/favourites/103816864/dwp-fat-nintendo
Kurzgesagt my goat. Tho that artwork is just an edit. This is really a very informative video however. I kinda find it fascinating to hear about others talking about fat. Obviously we like it, but know the risks of it. If we are looking (or have) fat partners, the healthier the fat the better. Being fat doesn't jus mean sitting on your ass all day and eat fast food every hour. You can be fat and active, and the slower you gain weight, the more your body gets used to it, the better. Working out can be good too, especially lower body workouts like your legs or butt, can distribute some of the fat there, giving more of that pear or hourglass shape even while keeping you active. Of course everything comes down to genetics and how it distributes fat, but it's useful to have this sorta information if you're trying to be involved in the long run.
>>74374 I unfortunately see a lot of gainers lately not understanding that and just gaining in the worst way possible. Sure it works but it results in them becoming out of shape and out of breath very quickly. Don't get me wrong I think thats hot but it seems to result in them often becoming extremely lazy to do even simple content because it would require them to actually move around which has become too hard and exhausting too quickly. I have legit followed gainers that did videos where they would stand and move around but then ended up only doing videos sitting down after gaining 100-200lbs+

>>74447 Yeah, it is actually somewhat frustrating in a weird way. Because if they are gaining in literally the worst way possible, it is first of all going to make them just less healthy and not able to do as much content wise. But it also just limits how big they could realistically get. So many models gain until they either feel too unable to do everyday tasks or get a health scare or just flat out die. How long it takes for them to get to that point really depends on what they are eating to gain and how much physical activity they get can't be stressed enough to be important. I feel confident in saying that a woman who gains to 500lbs and does it in a less unhealthy way, gets some exercise, eats decent quality food, versus a woman who gains to 500lb eating McDonalds and Little Debbi cakes and gets zero exercise. You can literally compare models like Mary Bobbery as someone who is on the healthy side for someone in her weight class to someone like Ivy Davenport or FatMissT or Celestial (when the two were at comparable weights). I don't think how important some exercise really is, gets talked about enough. Heart health is important since it literally is needed to keep the fatty cells alive on top of everything, but it is also bone health that needs to be important too. Because when you weight 3-6 times the weight of a normal person, a small fall could lead to a serious injury or death, and what is worse is that fat can leak into the soft bone marrow and weaken it making fractures even more likely. Seriously think about how many models you have heard that got a bone injury of some kind, they are almost exclusively weight related. So keeping the skeletons of these ladies nice and healthy can't be stated enough about how important it is to keep them looking soft and sexy.
