Oh dang, I never encountered that. Gotta admit, now I'm curious. What did they wind up looking like?
And believe it or not, the sitting model is what kicked all of this off. I was gifted a noodle topper of 2B recently. (for those who don't know, noodle toppers are models that are usually in a sitting pose designed to be placed on top of a cup of instant noodles; the model looks amusing sitting on the ledge while it weighs the paper lid down as the noodles steep in hot water)
I got to thinking how an SSBBW would be the ideal character to be a noodle topper, and that thought sent me on a spiral of research (next to nothing exists) and then spurred me to make stuff.
Full disclosure: I used a few character references that I fed into a multi-view model generation tool (stick in front back and side images, receive 3d model) that I then *heavily* (heh) edited. So, AI was used somewhat in the creation of that model, but there's a ton of human touch as well. The other two were existing models that I just gave significant enhancements to. I'm still learning 3D character design, but it's a slow process.
Pic related, upcoming print.
