PCOS Anonymous 01/30/2026 (Fri) 17:41:56 Id:3f4c3f No. 78370
I've been dating my girlfriend for five years, in that time she's gone from 180lbs to 320lbs. She had not had her period in about six to seven months so back in November she went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I forget the name of them but she was given a set of pills that were supposed to give her regular periods again, the downside was that they'd make her stomach very sensitive to greasy foods which she is practically addicted to. She took them for a few weeks but the stomach issues and not being able to eat the food she wants were too much and she stopped. She doesn't want to but for health reasons she said she is going to try to get back on the pills sometime in the future. I'm wondering does anyone here have any experiences with PCOS? The drugs? Managing it? I'd appreciate any thoughts or advice. My girlfriend is not into this fetish (feeding/intentional gaining aspect) but does find very fat people attractive, along with her larger body attractive and is very confident in herself, she isn't looking to loose weight right now. I read that GLP-1s are sometimes an option for PCOS but she runs a medium-ish sized body positivity social media account and is very against GLP-1s. She'll go on rants to me about how much she dislikes ozempic. I also know PCOS can cause fertility issues but me her are also both not looking to have a kid. Again any thoughts are appreciated
>>78370 My experience knowing girls with pcos is that your gf is going to keep getting fat as fuck and when she does get her period it will hurt like crazy. Pcos is weird because its more or less caused by weight gain and it usually only leads to more weight gain
>>78371 Any experience with some of the medications around pcos like the one I described>
>>78373 Not really actually. Out of the girls ive know with pcos none of them actually wanted to do anything about it. They'd basically start going for walks to try to fix it but thats it.
I have friends and family with PCOS. My friend has stayed stable around 300 lbs, whereas my family member has only continued to grow past that weight since we were kids. In both cases, they have issues with food. My friend used to binge eat, and my cousin has absolute dogshit nutritional sense, despite being a vegetarian. The disease makes it wicked easy to gain weight, and incredibly hard to lose it. Fat is stored primarily in the belly, and because it causes testosterone production, some people get body and facial hair. Exercise only stimulates the testosterone production too. And yes, periods are miserable and fertility is questionable.
>>78370 Had a girlfriend was pretty fat, probably had pcos too cause she wouldn't ever get pregnant we'd just hit it raw alays nothing ever happened. ex for a while and we meet up again. Messages me moths laters she's pregnant appearantly but didn't notice cause she doesn't menstruate and yknow big fat round belly and all. Too late for an abortion. Now there's a god damn kid walking around with my genes who will probably knock on my door in 15 years. Im fucking 23 years old. Be wary my gooners
>>78385 Raise your kid broski
>>78383 That’s interesting, my girls weight distribution is actually majority in her ass and thighs. She had essentially a flat stomach until she hit about 270lbs. Though her stomach had been starting to catch up but weight is still probably distributed 60% ass/thighs, 40% everywhere else.
