Packing strategies Anonymous 03/15/2026 (Sun) 00:04:53 Id:173a10 No. 81525
Hi everyone Been stuffing my girl for a little while now and she’s been packing nice and slow I wonder if there is any way to make her get fat in precise areas? Like for exemple only in the butt or in the belly ? Share your experiences ! Thank u
You can't really pick and choose where everything goes but there's definitely some things you can do. Different foods contain different fats. It's why you'll see fast food munchers with a soft belly and beer drinkers with a harder less malleable belly for example. If you're actually trying to "shape" a body though then the best way to actually do so is specific body exercises. I've been upping the snacks and greasy meals I make for my girl and because she's been all in on pilates lately it's giving off some very nice results in her ass and thighs. (She's not the biggest fan of getting bigger but that's a different topic lmao)
>>81525 You can’t do that. Fat distribution is almost purely genetic
>>81532 >Different foods contain different fats. It's why you'll see fast food munchers with a soft belly and beer drinkers with a harder less malleable belly for example. Gonna need to see a source on this.
>>81555 >>81532 Honestly this doesnt apply to different foods, just beer. Because of how the body accumulates visceral fat within the abdominal cavity, particularly around the liver.
>>81533 Yep. It’s 100% genetic and hormonal.
>>81557 >just beer Wrong, please stop with this shit. Here's what Harvard Health says: "Despite the name, beer is not specifically responsible for the beer belly." I'll find you 10 other sources if that's not good enough. Beer puts on weight because it's high in calories and made up of simple carbohydrates. And like all alcohol, the body prioritizes it metabolically over fat, so boozing will not only add fat but keep you that way. As for where those calories go, it's genetic, period.
>>81613 I think having a liver the size of a football makes people look fat.

>>81612 Apparently it’s possible for women to take hormone boosters (Estradiol: 20mg oral or transdermal daily and Micronized Progesterone 20mg orally at night) which will pretty solidly influence weight distribution to the lower half, but I wouldn’t recommend that people actually do that.
>>81644 Totally great idea. I’ll give you guys feedback, any suggestions on how to source these meds? Do I need to fake being trans at a doctor or something? I’ll tell my girl they’re “vitamins” she’s an idiot, won’t know the difference.
>>81628 Point taken, though I didn't realize liver disease counted as fat distribution. Another tip is to expose your gal to high levels of radiation in her lower half and she'll grow all kinds of tumors there. >>81644 Similar deal, it's fluid retention, not fat. I'm sure someone is working on it, but as of March 2026 there's no food, drink, or magic pill that will grow a fat booty unless she's built that way. Sorry.
>>81646 I wouldn’t recommend it. Although I bet it’s available at a compound pharmacy in TJ, probably within a stone’s throw from where Jae got her WLS surgery
>>81659 >Estrogen just leads to fluid retention in the hips, thighs, and breasts Wrong.
>>81525 If she exercises, gaining can be like bulking and add some muscle. That's the only way I think you could specifically target any growth. Like, her ass and thighs would look like they got fatter than the rest of her if she works out. A lack of exercise would make her gain be mostly just fat instead of muscle, and that might be mostly belly. Keeping a girl exercising while she gets fatter in the long term is good for her health if you care about her like that. Birth control can cause some women to have breast growth. My girlfriends gain went to her tits when she started taking the pill. Estrogen has some effect on fat distribution. I've read people on here talking about massaging their partners with "hormone creams". That's probably not real.
>>81674 Not what I wrote, which is why you paraphrased. Women take estradiol almost always during menopause because it improves metabolic function and helps -prevent- WG. As a result they retain their feminine shape and don't get the belly that's typical of menopausal women whose -natural- estrogen levels decrease. That's probably where this myth comes from. They can also experience bloating similar to what happens at the last stage of a pre-menopausal woman's menstrual cycle, where they retain water. This makes their breasts, hips, and thighs slightly larger. But for the folks in the cheap seats, this is water, not fat. Bottom line is that if you pump a woman full of estrogen and pasta and she won't get fat "in the right places." She'll get fat however she would have gotten fat otherwise. Show me a medical study that says otherwise and I'll STFU.
