You can't really pick and choose where everything goes but there's definitely some things you can do.
Different foods contain different fats. It's why you'll see fast food munchers with a soft belly and beer drinkers with a harder less malleable belly for example.
If you're actually trying to "shape" a body though then the best way to actually do so is specific body exercises. I've been upping the snacks and greasy meals I make for my girl and because she's been all in on pilates lately it's giving off some very nice results in her ass and thighs. (She's not the biggest fan of getting bigger but that's a different topic lmao)
