One of the best things to do is as she is inflating and getting to the later stages of the inflation, she shouldn't be moving as much. Her movement should become more restrictive as she grows. You want to convey how heavy she actually is getting with how much juice is inside of her. So you want to make use of her hands, head and feet as her only movement as she gets bigger. If she has to move then make it into a moment and build up to it by having her struggle to move. As for dialogue, it depends on the story idea you want.
