Every pic in the op uses aurora, and a pretty decent portion of what's in the thread also uses aurora. But, you're not wrong to be frustrated- the model definitely needs some intense prompting. But, most (fat) models don't compare in image quality, so it's a fair tradeoff. Try putting (emphasis:1.2) on your keywords, or using artist loras, or switching to Gods Amongst Men Edition. Artist loras get the sizes and shapes you want more easily. For example, mysterydad draws a lot of hyper pear and bottom heavy, so using his lora makes that body type easier to get. If you use a lower weight it won't even influence the style and you'll still get that shape more easily.

No, because the obese girls lora does obese girls and obese girls only, and wouldn't be able to also do immobile, inflation, tube feeding, stuffed/taut bellies, hyper of any sort, slime, etc. And fetish artist loras don't work as well on models that don't have that fetish trained, so a jaykuma lora for example is near unusable. It's all around much worse than just using loras on a fat model
although I question why anon needs to use obesegirls to begin with, artist lora + good prompting is more than enough
Also worth mentioning that you don't need to use one model for everything. Many people here switch between them. Use GAME if you want to go big easily, use aurora if you want more quality or variety or are prompting something smaller, use a normal model for normal stuff, a furry model for furry, a realistic model for realistic, etc. I regularly switch between 9 different models depending on what I feel like prompting and the thread I'm in lol
