What do you think would make a good trait for an inflation-based epidemic?
A. Slow onset, slow growth; people become infected when in contact with an infected, but it takes several days to become spherical
B. Slow onset, rapid growth; people are initially asymptomatic after contact, but rapidly inflate after a few days of minor symptoms
C. Rapid onset, rapid growth; basically like that one roly-poly anime episode, inflated people release infectious spores that inflates others almost immediately
Of course my idea involves anthros instead of humans, but that doesn't really factor
