What you gotta do is first install this app that lets you open up assets files from Unity. https://github.com/nesrak1/UABEA?tab=readme-ov-file Next, open the app and use it to open up the Sharedassets0.assets file (dunno how effective other ones are, but this one has a ton of characters to mod out). I then followed this tutorial to replace the character images with the custom ones from this thread (only thing to note as that you should select all the files in the assets file and click file -> save to make sure the mods are saved. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2850274044 Not sure if there's an easier way, but this is the method that worked for me.
