You could even go back to the archive of the /bhm/ thread and look at the stories that I posted there, see if any of them would generate good images.
So: I promised you a clinical description of current Shinji, here we go:
Shinji Ikari currently weighs approximately 405 kilograms, or just shy of 900 pounds in the imperial system. He is a large, fat, soft young man, without a hint of muscle tone. His hair is brown, and cut short, and his eyes are blue, and his skin is pale.
His head is set in fat. His face has so much fat on it that it sometimes doesn't look human; it could be described as piggish, or hoggish. He has a soft, fat forehead beneath his short-cut brown hair. Below his eyes, his cheeks are huge and bloated, puffing out in a very obese way and giving him dimples around his plump lips. They ooze down into heavy, sagging jowls, piggish jowls that swell outwards and sag downwards heavily, giving him a heavy, fattened face. The jowls sink into his wide, soft jawline, where his chins begin. He has a triple chin: three large, soft, buttery chins. The second chin is bigger than the first chin, and the third chin is bigger than the second chin. The third chin is so large that it sags down like a goiter or a fat pouch between his large breasts.
On the note of the breasts: Shinji has enormously large breasts. They're huge male boobs, and they're the size and shape of partially-deflated beach balls. They bulge fatly outwards and give him something of a prominent, female-looking chest. They also sag off to the left and the right, oozing down the slope of his gigantic belly. They have large, dark areolae and big, soft nipples.
To either side of Shinji's breasts are his arms, which are huge and fatty. Shinji's upper arms are enormously large and bloated, looking like gigantic sacks of pudding. They sag down heavily when he raises his arms up, and they sag over his elbows. His forearms are large and soft, wide and thick, and they lead to his fat hands and his plump fingers.
Below Shinji's breasts is his belly, which is very large. It's huge, gigantic; it's the size of a large table and a full-grown adult male could sit comfortably inside the dimensions of Shinji's belly. It's a huge gut, that sags to his ankles, at least, when he's standing, which is one of the reasons he doesn't stand very often.
At the edges of his belly, his hips are huge and wide, giving him a very female shape. Shinji is a very womanly fat male, with hips so wide he takes up almost an entire sofa by himself. Jutting down from his hips, his thighs are as wide around as tree trunks, and are dimpled with cellulite, huge sagging sacks of blubber. They sag over his knees. From his thighs his calves are as big as large hams, soft and saggy with fat. They sag over his ankles, leading down to his fat feet and chubby toes.
Last, but not least, is his bottom. Shinji has a huge ass. Easily two meters wide. He has two large, fat buttocks the size of big beanbag chairs, enormously bulky and bloated, pockmarked with cellulite. The buttocks jut behind him visibly in a large, prominent shelf. His lower rolls of back fat rest on the shelf of his ass, puddling there visibly.
It's worth noting that Shinji is very short. His official height is only 148 centimeters, and he's likely grown very little in tallness all this time. So there's a lot of fat packed into a small package, hence the sheer magnitude of his girth.
