Pregnancy probably works okay, but hyperpregnancy is a little trickier, it's way easier just to find a bot you like, then simply DO the pregnancy plot in the chat. Hell, I did several SFW inflation bots a while back and all of them got shadowbanned, one of them even did a "super shadowban" where the bot outright blocked anyone but me from using it.
