Apply the prompt to a photo, then select the new photo and apply it again. This can result in face drift, but a few attempts you should get something okay still. This one might require a bit of playing around with, but I recall an AI image really early on in this of a Japanese woman looking into a shop mirror and seeing a fat version of herself reflect. It was umabigious: she wanted to be that fat version.
