The "gains" are about as temporary as the ones in the old Looney Tunes cartoons where a character eats a literal TON of food, gets a massive gut, and three seconds later they burp and go back to being their skinny old selves. It's hilariously bad in this case though because this is allegedly a WEIGHT GAIN comic, but the gains don't last and yet characters can go from as ridiculously HUGE as Aika is here to back to being their base weight in one fucking panel. The way Aika is now, she should weigh upwards of 400 pounds AT LEAST and be shown to have mobility and access issues at home and at school...but none of what she's doing, none of the gains are sticking. "Continuity" is a dirty word where Kip is from I guess.
