There’s a video floating round somewhere of him describing how to become obese over motivational music. I think he said wait till late in the day to start eating so your body is more likely to store fat, then binge eat processed meat and trans fats. He openly admits this is extremely unhealthy. One of the hottest videos I’ve seen.
