No idea how much wealth is required to get a visa that way, and would she put that on the line to move to a random country on a whim? Probably not, so more likely is option 1. She has a personal life like most of these models.

She 1000% has a partner. Moving to Australia is the strongest evidence she has someone else in her life because who the hell does that just to be single?
