nl Alternate beauty standard fantasy Anonymous No. 89650
I want to talk about this fantasy i had, about a sort of world where there could be two opposite mutually exclusive beauty standards. I.e. the fit standard industry model standard we all know, vs. flaunting and glorifying obesity. Imagine scrolling some short content platform that'd have established fat girls making sensationalised tutorials on how to get the best posture to accentuate your belly hang or do deep long burps. The way gymbros would pump out these same types of vids about how to do muscleups or some other shit. The more gym content i consume the more i want to glorify obesity. Now non of this would be interesting if it was a completely alternative universe. Instead i mean one where you could swipe from fitfluencer to obesfluencer as if they were both equally valid and persued beauty standards.
This was the body positivity movement pre COVID and ozempic. Women celebrating their #vbo on social media. The golden age of obesity. They'd blow up while championing intuitive eating and health at any size. It was amazing.
