She was chunky in high school, definitely the “overweight cheerleader” type. So you get an FA boyfriend who you’re super attracted to and he tells you to lean in to one thing you’ve always struggled with. Her personality seems very casual and “fuck it” in general. Then things get real, you’re getting huge, he’s pushing for more, she’s probably getting depressed and disassociating. Marriage falls apart for many reasons, and now she has to build her life back which doesn’t include being 300 pounds because that was never her asking for it.
