Ngl, kinda surprised just how much Quints art from so many different artists has Nino being the biggest. Doesn't make a ton of sense to me personally.

People (myself included) didn't like the ending with a chosen girl (or even if they are okay with the ending they still would have loved seeing their favourite win instead of Yotsuba), so every fat artist tends to draw their favourite Quintuplet and usually makes that said Quint date/marry Futaro. Nino, Miku and Itsuki are the most popular ones so they usually get AU stories where they get chosen by Futaro.

Since she also cooks like Nino, so she could gain weight while trying to perfect her cooking (this scenario also works with Nino). And the ones that are not suited for weight gain are Ichika and Yotsuba. If with Ichika I can see some scenarios that would lead her gaining weight, with Yotsuba... Nah. It can also be that I don't like Yotsuba at all, but seeing that she and Ichika have the least amount of fat art proves that people don't see them as a good material for weight gain scenarios.
