Ann Takamaki has been shown numerous times to be a major glutton and her story focused on her own identity helps inform her own standard of beauty. Plus I like the idea post game of her putting on weight and becoming a plus size model once she learned to love herself in her own skin

Uraraka Ochako from My Hero, specifically post-timeskip. - It’s the first time she can afford to eat as much as she wants. - People probably share food with her at work. - She hasn’t had a chance to develop the skill of not eating whatever’s in front of her. - Her quirk benefits from the extra mass, giving her a convenient excuse to let herself go. The perfect storm for some rapid weight gain.

Ramlethal Valentine Guilty Gear, I like to think that she goes from a skin-and-bones feral Backyardigan made to be a distraction in Sign/Xrd to filling out and calming down thanks to self-actualization and the power of burger in Strive. Getting fat as hell is a great way to display character growth, even if her Xrd outfit is better for it.

Mei from overwatch for obvious reasons and Paige from deadlock because she’s by far the most mundane design in the game and needs something to spice her up/make her look more unique and it fits for a slightly delusional bookworm.
