Marcus, having watched his wife’s health decline for years, develops a twisted obsession... he refuses to let Fulvia (the younger sister) end up as frail as his ailing wife. He begins forcing her to eat, piling her plate high, and ensuring she gains weight and grows strong. Little by little, Fulvia complies. Marcus watches this transformation with a mix of dark pride and growing desire. He finds it increasingly difficult to hide his gaze... and his dying wife begins to realize what is happening... And naturally, it all unfolds amidst drama, sick jealousy, and plenty of extra fat XD.
