Most porn consumers are heterosexual men, so a guy going on a subreddit with a vague title (like r/feet) probably don't want to see a guy's feet, hence these subreddits specifically forbade it. I find men attractive but honestly male weight gain content is very hit-or-miss. MOST of it is bear/otter stuff and whatnot, not stuff I'm into. r/gainers is the only mainstream fat-fetish subreddit I can remember that allows men.
