Wondering if I'm going to hit the jackpot Quietly optimistic 05/29/2026 (Fri) 03:45:55 Id:fc9f38 No. 86937
I'm dating a 27 year old woman. Psychically she's fascinating to me. Shes 5'4" 130lbs. Seemingly fast metabolism and she eats all the time and doesn't seem to gain anything in the time I've known her. She's very hourglass shaped, but very thin. Waist to hips ratio is crazy, but she's THIN everywhere. Except her arms which are disproportionately fat and soft. Being in this community for years, I feel like I've seen women with soft fat upper arms usually get thick/fat as they get older. But she's already 27, and seems to not have gained any real weight other than 5 lbs in maybe 5 years. What're your thoughts? Is someone with her build more predisposed to gain weight? Or am I imagining things.
She's gained 1 pound a year. At this rate she will be nearing 170lbs by the time you guys hit 60 years old. Jackpot bro. Jackpot.
You're saying she has a fast metabolism and a pound a year is meaningless. If you love her and she turns you on as-is, great, but this doesn't sound like a woman who'll ever be fat. 5 lbs in 5 years is meaningless. Just about anyone who doesn't actively fight it will be at least a size or two bigger at their 10th high school reunion. Not to mention the next generation of GLP1s are about to hit the market and barring side effects, and within five years pretty much anyone who doesn't want to be fat won't be. Also in my observations thin body shapes are not a great predictor of future weight distribution. That waist-to-hip ratio may very well disappear with another 10-20 pounds.

Fit to fat may be hot in theory, but too many dudes are oblivious to this fact. Pretty much the only way to know if a girl will look good if she gets fat.... Is if she's fat. So if you really care about body shape and fat texture... Date the girl who was the fattest in her school and has a proven talent for being pretty with the extra weight
So I should add this. She's mentioned this to me and her friends have commented on it. She said she always loses weight during the winter because of just seasonal depression and not eating as a symptom (like 15-20lbs) and then gains it back during the summer months. This winter she actually stayed the same weight according to her and her smaller jeans no longer button.(She came over to my place to garden and literally had to garden with unbuttoned jeans)But she says she's 130 still. Even her friends have commented on her lack of winter weight loss. I say she has only gained like 5lbs because she looks super similar to pictures from 5 years ago. But obviously there is much more fluctuation going on than what appears.
Is being with a fat girl super important to you? If so, don't waste your time and your girls time by being "quietly optimistic". At the very least, you should be openly optimistic about it. If she wants to run marathons one day or something, you're probably not the right guy for her. Is being with a fat girl kind of a plus but not necessary for a fulfilling sex life? Then stay with her. She seems like a pretty chill girl. But you must be prepared to face the fact that she will never get close to nearing 200lbs. From my experience with dating a girl like this, you're gonna be lucky if she puts on 20 pounds in the next decade or so.
