To be fair, these drugs do exactly what they claim. They destroy fat. For example, all the fat that makes your body so big and hurts your self-image. And all the fat in your face and neck that makes you look any younger than 70. And all the fat in your crotch that lets you have sex or ride a bike or simply sit comfortably. And all the fat in your brain that allows you to think and feel. They're quite effective.
