I don't know why the anime deaged both her and kazuma who he also is in name canon 16 or 17 while in the manga he's 20 or 25

In Japan light novels come first which imagine it as a physical book text only no real pictures outside of covers reading something like Twilight or game of thrones, then the Manga which is text translated to comic book form then anime is animation. But yeah fans have massive complaints about the deaging thin it's a big topic on why wasn't even done and the only answer people have come to the conclusion of is relatable to teen audiences.
