The people who are willing to pay a model for a custom video and the people who are willing to share said video on a pirating website probably don't overlap on a venn diagram.
Ninjah's kind of the most extreme example, but her customs aren't a bad example. They took 3 years to be shared, with the only proof of their existence being people saying she's amazing while refusing to ever share content for her sake, whatever she got out of that considering she ended up making public content anyway.
Besides that, you can just share customs in a model's dedicated thread, now that the Ninjah videos have been shared there isn't a model whose videos are better because they're customs, videos are videos.
A Ninjah thread wasn't worth it on it's own because it's four videos that are alright at best on her c4s. She's all customs, the existence of which is all word of mouth, a year of understandable-ish gatekeeping, and two more years of chud devotion gatekeeping. No other big model makes customs that can't be in their dedicated thread, and on the incredibly tiny chance that there's an unpopular niche model with amazing customs, they can get shared in threads for that specific niche, like the Ninjah ones.
