I know this is unrelated, but what’s the source of the first picture?

Might be too much to ask, but I have vivid memories of reading some good thicc scat stories in 2018 by this one writer that focused a lot on enema sort of stuff, (sometimes even involving what can only be described as "scat inflation" with enemas) but I can't for the life of me remember the deviantart username of the names of the stories. Other stories of theirs involved the same OC shitting absolutely everywhere in a pool, and a doctor getting all up inspecting her anus. It was good stuff.
