>>171786 Agree with the other guy. It’s easy. Download Bazaart. Import photo. Remove background. Fix any egregious errors. Save. Open photo, duplicate, layer ontop. Adjust tool. Warmth negative 65. Tint 35. Vibrance 100. Saturation negative 100. Contrast 45. Erase tool and remove anything you don’t want blue. I usually do hair, eyes, clothes. Adjust tool, highlights 50. Opacity tool, tune down until the blue layer looks more natural.
