>>319232 Alright, so I wanted to check if Myu showing basically no emotion was the case in the older pages, so, I briefly checked. After getting through the flashbang that is Pixi's old artstyle, Myu has still shown emotion on numerous occasions. There was not as much enthusiasm as before, however, and through more recent pages, while her habits still stuck with her, her enthusiasm did continue to dwindle. Something of note: I think Pixiveo made Myu more fat-utistic at the start to roughly explain her personality, before toning it down a bit since by the 100-ish page, her personality and freakyness were established. (Now whether or not that's a good thing, that depends from person to person.) Narratively speaking, I think this is a decent change, since we now know. First establish something with a more extreme example, then tone it down for 90% of the story, with that 10% being left for ebic shots, moments and the likes, but I digress. Now, onto her numbness: In WAY earlier pages (367-368, this is about 80 pages after the tube feeding incident ended) she mentiones how her views of what "fat" means have actually been distorted by her linker experience (to nadette's >300kg bod). And after this point, her showing emotion does become something rarer. There are still instances, yes, and she still gains weight, as that is her ultimate goal, but it feels like she's doing this out of inertia and habits rather than pleasure. In recent pages, since the timeskip, I don't think Myu's shown any pleasure about her body at all. She was just doing what she knew she should've been doing, with the only example of her showing emotion (that I can think of) is that group eating scene in the restaurant. And even there, she showed more enthusiasm for eating rather than growing bigger (they are similar, but not the same), probably because that was just habit. idk tho, I'm just some dude with 0 literary analysis skills, studying works is NOT in my repertoire lol. Nonetheless, I'm curious to see what we're going to see in the next few panels. Seems like pixi has some BRIGHT ideas, lemme tell u anyway how was y'all's days?
